This research investigates the effectiveness and implementation of the Talking Stick learning strategy within the modern educational context. Utilizing a literature review methodology, the study collated and analyzed data from relevant primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, including peer-reviewed journals, books, theses, and educational conference articles. The study aimed to identify the benefits, challenges, and best practices in applying the Talking Stick as a tool to enhance student participation, facilitate collaborative learning, and support effective classroom management. Thematic analysis results indicate that the Talking Stick significantly increases student engagement in the learning process and supports the development of communication and social skills. However, the research also reveals several challenges, such as the need for adequate teacher training and the adaptation of this strategy across diverse learning contexts. The study recommends further integration of the Talking Stick strategy into school curricula, emphasizing teacher training and contextual adaptation to maximize its potential. These findings contribute to existing literature by providing a comprehensive synthesis of the application and effectiveness of the Talking Stick and offering guidance for educational practitioners interested in implementing this method in their teaching practices
