This article examines the implementation of qawaid fiqhiyyah in the context of Islamic finance and economic practices, highlighting its critical role in guiding Muslim communities toward compliant financial activities. Qawaid fiqhiyyah serves as a foundational framework that addresses contemporary economic issues not explicitly covered in traditional Islamic texts, thus providing clarity and direction for practitioners. The study identifies several key challenges, including the widespread lack of public understanding regarding these principles and the urgent need for adaptation to technological advancements such as fintech and cryptocurrency. To address these challenges, the article proposes collaborative efforts among scholars, practitioners, and educational institutions to enhance awareness and application of qawaid fiqhiyyah. The findings indicate that integrating these principles can foster ethical investment practices, promote financial inclusion, and ensure sustainable development within the Islamic financial sector. Moreover, the research emphasizes the importance of developing accessible financial products tailored for underserved segments of society, such as small farmers and micro-entrepreneurs. Ultimately, this study underscores the necessity of embedding qawaid fiqhiyyah into modern financial systems to uphold the integrity and sustainability of Islamic finance in a rapidly evolving global economy
